How much does event recording cost in Dubai?

What if the venue is noisy or has poor acoustics?

Challenging acoustics are common in event spaces. We use directional microphone placement, the Kaotica Eyeball for vocal isolation, and our engineer's judgement on placement to minimise room noise. We can't control the environment but we can work within it professionally.

Can we get the audio edited and ready for upload?

Yes. Post-production editing — removing silences, cutting sections, balancing levels — is available as an add-on to the recording service. Let us know your delivery requirements when booking.

Do you record video at events too?

No — we specialise in audio. For video recording, you'd need to arrange that separately and we can ensure our audio delivery is synced appropriately for your video editor.

How quickly can you deliver the recorded audio after the event?

Turnaround depends on the length and complexity of the event. Basic edited audio from a half-day conference is typically deliverable within 2–3 business days. Larger events with more material take longer — we'll agree a timeline at booking.

The environment is unpredictable — ambient noise, reflective surfaces, unpredictable acoustics, multiple sound sources, and the logistical complexity of coordinating with venue AV teams. Studio C's mobile kit — Neumann U87 Ai with Kaotica Eyeball, UAD Apollo Twin X, MacBook Pro M3 Max, and Presonus Eris E5 portable monitors — handles most event recording scenarios. For larger setups with multiple simultaneous sound sources, we configure accordingly. All sessions include the engineer, setup, and a rough edited deliverable.
